Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation within 6 hours of original service time will result in 100% of invoice being billable and payable, if an order is placed earlier than 12 hours before asked delivery time, it falls outside of our cancellation policy and is billable and payable at full value. Any order placed within 12 hours of delivery time is final and billable. Cancellations will result in 100% of the invoice total. All beverage sales are considered final at time of order placement, there for billable and payable and cannot be canceled.
